Everybody forgot. So I made this script to help Joomla lover if their have forgot their admin password. This tutorial will guide you to change your admin password from your back end database using phpMyAdmin.
Go to cPanel > phpMyAdmin, select your Joomla Database, and clik on users table (jos_users).

Then click on Browse tab.

On this page you will see list of users, fine id 62, name admin, username admin, and then click edit (pencil icon).

Find password field, enter your password and select MD5 from dropdown list. Press Go to save it.

Now you can change your joomla password from backend system.
