Mengatasi “internal error or misconfiguration”

Kalau web anda muncul error seperti di bawah ini:

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@store.trekkingindonesia.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Cek Error Log

Login ke cPanel dan navigasikan ke cPanel > Error Log. Nanti akan muncul halaman yang berisi error-error yang pernah terjadi dengan web anda. Misal:

[2007-03-02 02:59:46]: error: file is writable by others: (/home/username/public_html/mambots/editors/htmlarea3_xtd/
popups/internal_link_en.php)

[2007-03-02 02:55:50]: error: file is writable by others: (/home/username/public_html/mambots/editors/htmlarea3_xtd/
popups/ImageManager/images.php)

[2007-03-02 02:47:09]: error: file is writable by others: (/home/username/public_html/mambots/editors/htmlarea3_xtd/
popups/insert_image_en.php)

Cari Solusi

Kita ambil contoh error pada tanggal [2007-03-02 02:59:46] error terjadi karena file bisa ditulis. Jadi yang harus dilakukan adalah membuat file tersebut tidak dapat ditulis dengan cara mengatur file permission-nya.
